Birthday Card

I needed a quick birthday card for this past weekend for a 14 year old boy!  I usually don't make too many cards for boys.  I had seen this type of card around the blog where several different sizes of punches were used.  I decided to use a circle punch, and I really liked how it turned out.  I bet you could even use this for other types of cards such as thinking of you and thank you.

Supplies:

Paper - Whisper White - SU, scraps of DSP
Punch - 1" Circle
Stamp - Justrite Preinked Stamp

My card is a A2 size card made of Whisper White.  I punched out 20 circles of  DSP scraps and placed them in rows across the card.  I then cut off the edges of those that were sticking out.  I made a small banner for my greeting and was done!  It was so easy and didn't take alot of time - which I didn't have!

Hope you all have a wonderful Easter.  We got our Easter Egg Hunt in before it rained.  It took the Easter Bunny almost 1 1/2 hours to hide 350 eggs and 3 kids 15 minutes to find them out!  We had a great day!

Thanks for stopping bye,
Nancy, Rachel & Sarah

I just wanted to stop over to your blog and say thanks for the comment you left me about the Baker's Twine. I saw it on Stampin' Up's Facebook page and thought I would share it because I don't know how many people look at that site. And, while I was here I got a great idea for a masculine birthday card too. Thanks!

Well, since I love polka dots so much this is right up my alley! Great idea for a boy when they're so hard to stamp for, and could be made into a cute girl card with different colors. Thanks for sharing the idea!
