Engagement Card

Well, it's hard to believe that the holidays are behind us! I hope everyone made some beautiful memories. I needed to make an engagement card but didn't have alot of time or energy and came up with the following:

Supplies:

Paper - Very Vanilla - SU
Stamps - Perfect Punches - SU
Ink - Pretty & Pink, Reinkers - SU
Accessories - Embossing Folder - Manhattan Flower, Top Note Die - SU
Punches - Modern Label, Butterfly - SU
Emblishments - Ribbon, Brads, Black Marker

My base card is an A2 size (5 1/2" x 4 1/4"). After I used my Top Note die, I ran it through my embossing folder - use any folder you desire. I then sponged the edges. Last summer I made several pansies using my butterfly punch and the technique using SU reinkers. I love how they turned out. I had a few left and decided to use them on the front of the card. There are alot of tutorials out there on this technique. You'll love how neat the pansies look and how each one looks different. I then added my ribbon to the base card and popped up the Top Note and my sentiment using dimensionals.

Well, the girls are headed back to school. Mid-terms are next week so no crafting this weekend. We hope you have a good weekend!

Thanks for stopping bye,
Nancy, Rachel & Sarah
