What do you think - cute, isn't it! We saw this great VIDEO from Brenda Quintana. She does such an amazing job with her videos. I just love how the star spins. I didn't have the new punch for the sentiment, so we used my window punch which worked out just as well. I was surprised that the Wink of Stella even shows through the photo.
The only problem we ran into was that I didn't realize the star punches I had weren't the right size. One was too small and the other one was too large. SU makes a medium size star which I didn't have. You have to make sure that the penny is covered. The small star didn't do that The large star did but was just too large for the card. So, we made our own template and traced it unto the Shimmery Silver paper and cut them out. That was the hardest part of making this card. It actually took longer than making the entire card! I think it turned out pretty good though! Jennifer is on vacation, so I'm going to put it in the mail to her, so she will get it when she comes home!

These cards are so super adorable! I haven't made a spinner card in ages, but used to make them all the time. Now that I think of it, they would be so much easier with dies. In the past you'd have to punch a slot for the spinner, and that was hard to get perfect. Love this with the glittery star!
