Things got pretty hectic here during the holidays, and I didn't get to use one of my stamps/die from Penny Black - Snowy Wood 2521K. I originally had used it last year to stamp on some cloth gift bags and during the year I found a die for it on Amazon which made my day! It is a wood mount stamp. I decided to send it to Jennifer so she would have it when she got home her father's.
I used SU's DSP Highland Heather for my base card and layered Gina K's Poli-Glaze sheet called Flurries in Silver foil for my layer cut out with ML2 from Gina K. I colored the snowman with my Highland Heather marker and popped it up with some tape. My sentiment came from Gina K's stamp set Star Struck.
For my inside, I die cut some cute snowflakes in Highland Heather that came with the die set which was a nice bonus! We have had some snow here but not as much as the other states thank goodness! Very gold and windy here which for us is unusual. We actually saw a robin in the yard the other day. I think he must of gotten lost flying south!!
Thanks for stopping by,
Nancy

Awww, Snowy! I'm such a PB fan and trying to collect more of the oldies, so it's a surprise I don't yet have Snowy. He's a classic! I love how you've done your card up in the Highland Heather. It's a color for all seasons!
OH, how cute!! I love it and I know Jennifer will love it too. You did an amazing job on these, as usual. Thank you for sharing this inspiration with us.
It warms my heart and reminds me of how thankful I am to have you as a blog friend. Thank you for visiting my blog and especially for commenting. It was good to see you there.
