St. Patrick's Day Card

Here is another card I made for St. Patrick's Day.  I had been wanting to use my tree stamp I had purchased last year at the Craft Show along with the stub shamrock.  They are both from Stamps by Judith.

I knew I had them packed away in a box and was able to find them.  This card was so simple to put together.  I used SU's Garden Green for my base and SU's Very Vanilla for the layer I stamped my tree on.

I used my Teeney Tiny Wishes stamp set for the sentiment and popped it up over some thin gold thread I had.

I used my St. Patrick's Day greeting again for the inside with some shamrocks floating around.  I wanted to get them in the mail before the snow came today.  We watched Jennifer yesterday and she had fun with some shamrocks I had purchased from the $1 store.  By the time Mom came home, we had decorated a lot of windows!!  It snowed most of the day, but we only got a few inches.  Joe is getting ready for the next storm which is due next week, which is supposed to be a big one.  I told him his plowing days were over yet!  Have a great weekend!
